In 2005, I made a great choice in my professional life by deciding to become an international sourcing advisor.
Always meeting new clients, in ever changing business environments, with particular needs, constantly being challenged and jointly building success stories, it makes one humble.
Now, 15 years later, I can only thank all the clients I've had the pleasure to serve since that start in 2005. Working with fantastic people in great companies, on comprehensive or specific engagements, with major challenges or on a smoother journey: the experience was never less than memorable.

If I can bring you value beyond what you pay, then I have succeeded. I have been an outsourcing and shared services advisor for over 12 years; before that I set up in-house shared services and also worked for an outsourced supplier; so I’ve seen outsourcing from all angles.
I love working together with clients as we go on a shared journey; ideally building skills for the in-house team that continue to grow and add value long after our engagement has ended.
My favourite things to do are supplier selection and contracting and transition management. The former is a learning journey – learning what you want and need and how the market can best meet your needs. The latter allows us to work together to see your business change shape and lay a strong foundation for your future operations.

I am passionate about sourcing, there is nothing more satisfying than helping clients to understand – really understand - what they are looking for, then helping them on the journey to get to their unique destination with a true sense of achievement, to be able to stand back together and say “we did it”. Whether it’s the best price, greatest quality or something a bit more niche rather than the standard “off-the-shelf” deal, there will be a solution to fit. There is certain to be some deep discussion, maybe a reality check and a few compromises, but we will get there! There are many challenges to be overcome along the way in sourcing, but when you’ve been down the road before it gets easier to navigate, always remembering no project is ever the same.
I have been working in the Sourcing and Shared Services environment for well over 10 years, and have been supporting clients with projects in back office services – HR, Payroll and Finance – for 20+ years. With more than 30 successful HR, Payroll and Finance projects and assignments ranging from 2 day workshops through managing sourcing processes to multi-year strategy and implementations of new systems and services under my belt.
I am keen to make a start with you on an exciting journey.
